Butterfly ID training & surveying at Saltbox Hill

Sunday, June 24, 2018 - 13:00 to 15:00

Join London Wildlife Trust in surveying for butterflies at this beautiful stretch of chalk downland near Biggin Hill, close to the home of Charles Darwin.

Saltbox Hill is home to rare wildflowers and grasses, and, at last count, at least 32 species of butterfly.

We will meet every Sunday between 29th April and 24th June at the Hanbury Drive entrance (TN16 3EN) to undertake this important survey work.

All are welcome, and no previous experience is necessary.
