National Insect Week returns in 2020

Buzzing about Bees at The Wolseley Centre

Saturday, June 23, 2018 - 10:30 to 12:30

No more bumbling around - your family can get your garden ready for bees at our new Wildfamilies event!

With the help of their grown-ups (and our staff!), each paying child will build a bee lodge to take home as well as sowing some bee-friendly flower seeds in homemade newspaper pots.

We'll also take everyone for a hike around park bank and the orchard at The Wolseley Centre nature reserve to try and spot busy bees as they're hard at work pollinating our plants.
