National Insect Week returns in 2020

An Introduction to butterflies & surveying at Hatfield Forest

To celebrate National Insect Week we will be exploring the fascinating world of butterflies with 2 free workshops

Each session will be a walk through the rides identifying and recording different species.

These informal workshops will look at the conservation practices which create and preserve habitats needed for butterflies.

Meet at the Hub at the Shell House car park.

Dress for the weather and sturdy walking shoes.

Age limits or guidance

Suitable for 16 years and over


Assistance dogs are welcome.
