1 day to go to National Insect Week

Prinknash Butterfly Nectar Garden Open Day

Saturday, June 16, 2018 - 10:45 to 16:30

The Butterfly Nectar Garden at Prinknash is part of the walled garden owned by the monks at Prinknash Abbey, near Cranham, Gloucester GL4 8EX.  Members of the Branch will be on hand to answer questions about butterflies and plants and Butterfly Conservation in general. When possible we have a display of live moths too.

No charge for the garden entry.  There is a large car park and a café.

There is also a large bird and deer park but there is an entry fee for this part.

Follow the signs for the Prinknash Bird park on the A46 Painswick to Cheltenham road.

During 2018 visiting is restricted to Open Days when Butterfly Conservation volunteers are present. This is because of a big wall collapse - normally the garden can be visited at any time.
